  • Why is the free tier so generous?

    Because an ad-supported version of Glowlab is a worse product and we’d rather not build one. Brands pay for reviews they can’t edit, and that covers the running costs.

  • What happens if I cancel Plus?

    You drop straight back to Member. Your passport, reviews and points stay exactly where they are — nothing disappears and nothing is held hostage.

  • Do you charge for shipping on drops?

    Plus includes shipping on member drops. If you’re only joining for one particular launch, the drop page will always show any shipping cost before you commit.

  • Can you expense-justify it?

    Usually yes. We issue receipts with the product they relate to, so Plus can be booked against team wellbeing or development budgets.
